Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. We take great pride in our craftsmanship, but if the jewellery is faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for purpose, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

  • Short-term Right to Reject: If your item is faulty, you have a 30-day period from the date of receipt to reject the goods and receive a full refund.

  • Repair or Replacement: Beyond this period, we will offer a repair or replacement of the item in accordance with your consumer rights.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized jewellery).

  • Personal care goods (for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the tamper-evident packaging has been opened).

  • Sale items and gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds and Obligations

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the following applies:

  • Refund Amount: We will refund the full purchase price plus the cost of standard shipping paid at the time of purchase.

  • Timeline: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at veralsina@hotmail.com.
